Kevin Glasheen

Term of Office: Elected November 2022 - November 2024

For the past seven years, Kevin and his wife Eva Ruth have lived in Rollingwood, and enjoy spending time at the WHAC pool and walking their dog Jet around the neighborhood.

A Board-Certified Personal Injury lawyer, Kevin is the founding partner of the law firm Glasheen, Valles & Inderman, LLC, which has offices in Lubbock, Albuquerque, El Paso, Odessa, and Austin.

Glasheen is also an active real estate investor and developer of residential subdivisions, multifamily property, and commercial property in Austin, Dallas, Lubbock, and Liberty Hill. Glasheen wants to use his development experience to help our community and has no personal interest, and if elected, pledges to never take any personal interest in any development in Rollingwood.

Kevin has served on the boards of the Texas Tech Law School Foundation, the Boy Scouts of America South Plains Council, and sat on the City of Lubbock Arts Facilities Task Force. Kevin is a Texas native who grew up in Dallas, graduated Texas A&M with a degree in Economics and has a JD from Texas Tech University. Eva Ruth is from Seguin, got her Master’s in Journalism at the University of Texas and works as a freelance journalist and podcast producer for NBC. She is also a member of the Rollingwood Women’s Club.

Kevin has three children - David, a lawyer who lives in Lubbock with his wife Dr. Mary Glasheen and their 3 young children; Katharine, who’s getting her Master’s in Architecture at the University of Texas; and Paul, a medical doctor in residency in California. An instrument rated pilot, Kevin flies his own plane and enjoys spending time with family on his ranch outside Fredericksburg. The Glasheens love Rollingwood for being a peaceful natural refuge in the heart of a bustling dynamic city.
