Certificate of Occupancy

Applications for a Commercial Certificate of Occupancy (CO) should be made through MyGovernmentOnline.org

          Application for a new Certificate of Occupancy is required for a

              change in owner, tenant, business name, or use/occupancy.

Construction

Construction is not permitted on weekends or city holidays, and is allowed only on weekdays between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm. Exceptions to the prohibited days and hours can be found in the Code of Ordinances, Section 101-247(b) Conduct or Construction restricted.

Construction vehicles are allowed only on designated streets found on this map. Ingress/egress allowed solely through Rollingwood Drive at Bee Caves Road, and there is no construction traffic allowed on the areas indicated in red.

While no City permit is required to have a business in Rollingwood, businesses must have all licenses and permits required by the State of Texas and collect and remit applicable State sales taxes. For more information, log on to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts website or call 512-463-4865.
