Rollingwood Park Commercial Rentals

The City of Rollingwood offers rentals for exclusive field and non-field usage at Rollingwood Park. A non-field area is space within the park that is outside of fields 1-5. Rollingwood Park is located at the upper park on Rollingwood Drive. A completed application is required for consideration. Rollingwood Park hours are from dawn to dusk.

RENTAL INFORMATION

Rollingwood Park Field Rates

Field 1: $25/Hour with a participant maximum of 30

Field 2: $25/Hour with a participant maximum of 30

Fields 3, 4, and 5: $50/Hour with a participant maximum of 60

Fields 3, 4, and 5 are considered one field for rental purposes

Rollingwood Park Non-Field Rate

$10/Hour with a participant maximum of 20

FIELD AVAILABILITY

The City shares field usage with non-profit organizations Western Hills Girls Softball and Western Hills Little League. Availability for field rentals may vary due to practice and game schedules during the spring and fall season. To check park and rental availability, visit the Rollingwood Facility Calendar.

COMMERCIAL USAGE APPLICATION

If you're interested in renting at Rollingwood Park for commercial purposes, please submit a Commercial Usage Application

You will need to provide the following for your Commercial Usage Application:

Proof of commercial general liability insurance covering the event or activity with a minimum of $1,000,000.00 coverage per occurrence naming the city as an additional insured shall be included with the application.
Proof of certification in first aid and CPR issued by an accredited or generally recognized organization that provides such certification for each person who will provide the proposed training or instruction.
Valid Driver's License
