Entering an Appearance

After receiving a citation, you will have 20 working days to enter an appearance with the court, either by mail, online, or in person. 

Scheduled Court Hearings

The Rollingwood Municipal Court offers scheduled court sessions. Official court proceedings are held at the Rollingwood City Hall in the City Council Chambers on the fourth Monday of every month. You must be scheduled on a specific docket in order to be seen. 

If eligible, any motions for a reset need to be filed with the court no later than 3 calendar days prior to your hearing date either by fax, email, mail or in person. Any and all requests for resets need to be supported by documentation filed with your motion for why the reset is needed.
