The Finance Director oversees the city's financial operations, including budgeting, revenue collection, payroll, and financial reporting. Working closely with the City Administrator, the Finance Director manages major financial projects such as bond proposals and external audits.

About the Finance Director

Abel Campos joined the City of Rollingwood in 2005 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University, bringing decades of experience in public finance. As the city's chief bookkeeper, he is committed to transparency, efficiency, and accountability in financial management. Before joining Rollingwood, Abel spent 33 years in public education finance, serving as an administrator in school district financial management before transitioning to municipal government.
