Mission Statement

Rollingwood Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the City of Rollingwood. The court and its officers are dedicated to the principles of:

• impartiality
• fairness
• integrity
• separation of powers
• judicial independence

It is committed to administering justice in a fair, efficient, and timely manner. 

The court adjudicates Class C misdemeanors that include criminal offenses, traffic citations, city ordinance violations, juvenile offenses, and parking tickets.

Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service and an effective and impartial administration of justice.
