Ashley Wayman

Ashley Wayman joined the City of Rollingwood as the City Secretary in 2019 and 2020 began serving as the Assistant City Administrator. In June 2022 Ashley was appointed the City Administrator. Before coming to Rollingwood, Ashley worked in municipal finance in the San Antonio area, serving as the Assistant Finance Director for the City of Leon Valley. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas and a Master of Public Administration from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. 

Ashley is a graduate from the Inaugural Class of the Texas Women's Leadership Institute and serves as the President of the Central Texas Chapter of Women Leading Government. Ashley also serves on the Membership Committee for the Texas City Management Association (TCMA) and is the Region 10 Representative on the TML Health Board of Trustees. She is also actively involved in other local government organizations, including Urban Management Assistants of Central Texas (UMACT), Texas Municipal Clerks Association (TMCA), and the Government Finance Officers Association of Texas (GFOAT). Ashley has a strong commitment to public service and loves working with the capable and dedicated staff and passionate residents of the City of Rollingwood.  In her free time Ashley likes to spend time with friends and family, hike, bike, and travel.
