Notice of Public Hearings for Replat - 103 Riley Road and 2408 Vance Lane

PUBLIC HEARINGS

The City of Rollingwood has received an application for a replat for the properties commonly known as 103 Riley Road and 2408 Vance Lane.

Public hearings on the application will be held on:

March 4, 2020 by the City of Rollingwood Planning and Zoning Commission at 7:00 p.m. at the Rollingwood Municipal Building located at 403 Nixon Drive, Rollingwood, Texas.

March 25, 2020 by the Rollingwood City Council at 7:00 p.m. at the Rollingwood City Municipal Building located at 403 Nixon Drive, Rollingwood, Texas. 

Interested parties and citizens will have the opportunity to be heard at both public hearings.  Comments regarding the proposed amendments may also be accepted via fax to 512-326-1869 or email to awayman@rollingwoodtx.gov.

Supporting documents are available for public inspection Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the office of the City Secretary, City of Rollingwood, 403 Nixon Drive Rollingwood, Texas 78746.  Please contact the City of Rollingwood at 512-327-1838 or ccaylor@rollingwoodtx.gov, if you have any questions or would like more information.
