Public Notice of Approved Ordinance - Regulations Associated with Pickleball

City of Rollingwood Public Notice of Approved Ordinance, Effective Date January 25, 2024

On January 17, 2024, the City of Rollingwood adopted Ordinance No. 2024-01-17-12, which adopted regulations associated with pickleball courts and pickleball play and declared certain nuisances associated therewith.  Penalties associated with violating the adopted regulations include fines not to exceed $500.00 per violation per day and other remedies such as abatement of nuisances, injunctive relief and revocation of licenses or permits.
