Update: Lift Stations and Tree Damage

Rollingwood Residents,

The lift stations are fully operational at this time. However, we still ask that everyone be mindful of their water use and avoid doing laundry, running dishwashers and other activities that consume a lot of water. If there is any additional interruption the lift stations may be at risk again. There is also an increased risk of leaks and broken pipes as they thaw out today, and we want to minimize water loss as much as possible. If you experience a leak and need assistance, please contact the police non-emergency number at 512-328-1900.

We understand that there is a lot going on and that this has been a trying time for everyone in our community. Thanks for your patience with us as we all navigate the way back to somewhat normal operations. To ensure that we do not have compounding effects from this winter storm, we ask that you be mindful that the risk of oak wilt is still very present. The snow and ice has caused damage to many trees in the neighborhood. Please ensure that any breaks are cut and sealed properly to avoid the spread of oak wilt.
