Water Usage Restrictions

Rollingwood Residents, the City of Rollingwood and Austin have lift stations currently inoperable. When lift stations are down, they can not properly pump raw sewage to the treatment plant. Response time is delayed longer than usual due to the current weather conditions. Please restrict water usage, including flushing, to only what is absolutely necessary. This may prevent localized sewage back-ups. Once, the service is restored to the lift stations, we’ll notify you so that you may resume regular water usage.
