Temporary Suspension of Disconnects and Penalties for Late Utility Payments

The Public Utility Commission (PUC) of Texas has taken steps to mitigate the impact of COVID-19. On March 26, 2020 the PUC issued an order temporarily suspending utility disconnections due to non-payment during the COVID-19 crisis. In addition to suspending disconnections, the City of Rollingwood will further suspend penalties to customers for late payments or interest accrued relating to non-payment.
