Power Update: 02-19-2021

Rollingwood Residents,

We are so sorry to hear that many of you continue to be without power. We continue to ask Austin Energy for an estimated time on power restoration and they do not have any information for us at this time. We will continue to push them to restore power to Rollingwood.

The Warming Center at City Hall is open until 4:00 today. Please come down and use our wi-fi and charge your phones if you need to. If you are not able to get here, we can send a public works employee or police officer to come get you. If there is anything you need from us, a hot cup of coffee or hot water, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Alternatively, if you are able to safely leave your house and can go somewhere with power and heat, you can contact us and public works will proactively shut off your water to prevent large leaks if pipes crack upon thawing.
