Joint Public Meeting: Residential Building Height, Side Yard Projections and Landscape and Tree Canopy Management

On Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. the Rollingwood City Council, Planning and Zoning Commission and Comprehensive Residential Code Review Committee (CRCRC) will hold a Joint Public Meeting to discuss and solicit public feedback on recommendations related to:

1. Residential building height and related provisions,
2. Side yard projections in the residential zoning district; and
3. Residential landscape and tree canopy management.

There will be no action to approve recommendations at this meeting, though future steps and/or meetings related to these topics may be discussed and decided. The agenda and packet for this joint meeting are posted with additional supporting information at: https://www.rollingwoodtx.gov/meetings.
