Proposals for Wastewater Rate Study

The City of Rollingwood invites qualified professional firms to submit proposals to conduct a cost of service rate study for the City’s wastewater utility and recommend changes to the rate structure and rate adjustments to fully cover all costs associated with providing wastewater service, including costs required to operate the City’s collection system, the contract cost with Austin Water, and the administrative costs incurred by the City in managing this utility.

The deadline to submit proposals is Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. Please read the RFP carefully and take note of the important dates in the entire RFP document in the link below.
