City Initiated Rezoning of 5100 Rollingwood Drive (Parcel ID 107772) from the Commercial District (C) to the Residential District (R).
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that the City undertake City Initiated Rezoning for this property at their May 8, 2024 Special City Council Meeting. The Council was updated at their June 12, 2024 Regular City Council Meeting about the process for this rezoning.
5100 Rollingwood Drive, which is currently zoned Residential (R) is and historically has been used as a residential lot.
Consideration of an amendment to the zoning ordinance to prohibit the rental of amenities in the residential zoning district by amending Article II, Division 2, Section 107-69 (Prohibited Uses).
