Notice of Projects - RCDC Projects 2019

CITY OF ROLLINGWOOD 
NOTICE OF PROJECTS 

On February 13, 2019 the Board of Directors of the Rollingwood Community Development Corporation approved the two projects listed below, that were further approved by the City Council at its meeting on February 20, 2019. Project 1. Pursuant to Texas Local Gov't Code§ 505.152, installation of a trail extension located at the lower Rollingwood Park, connecting to the existing trail at Hatley Field in the upper park and connecting the lower park to Pleasant Cove. 

Project 2. Pursuant to Texas Local Gov't Code§ 501.103, arrange for a strategic planning and commercial corridor study for improvements to right-of-way drainage and utility infrastructure serving the Bee Caves Road corridor, and connecting commercial streets.   A petition to request an election to be held on either or both of such projects must be signed by more than 10 percent of the registered voters of the City and must be submitted to the City Council not later than the 60th day after publication of this Notice.
