As colder weather approaches, we want to remind you of the importance of preventing and addressing potential water leaks in your home. Cold temperatures can cause pipes to freeze and burst, leading to significant water damage and increased water bills. To help you manage and monitor your water usage, we highly recommend setting up your EyeOnWater customer portal. This portal provides valuable tools to detect and alert you to leaks, allowing you to take immediate action and avoid costly repairs, especially if you have holiday vacations planned.

You will need your water account number to register for EyeOnWater. If you do not know your account number, please contact Veronica Hernandez at (512) 327-1838 (Option 4) or vhernandez@rollingwoodtx.gov.
