NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
FOR OPERATION, MAINTENANCE, AND GROUND LEASE OF ATHLETIC FACILITIES
The City of Rollingwood is soliciting proposals for the Operation, Maintenance, and Ground Lease of the athletic facilities located in Hatley Park. The City's intent in awarding this operation to a private operator is to provide high quality athletic field services to the public while contributing to the sustainable management of these valuable City assets. All proposals should meet the requirements set forth in the Request for Proposals which can be found on the City of Rollingwood website at www.citvofrollingwood.com.
All proposals shall be received on or before 4:00 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2019, and may be submitted to:
