4/15/2024: Emergency Water Service Shut-Off

Rollingwood Residents,

Due to an illicit discharge of gasoline into the city's wastewater system, the city’s water and wastewater systems need to be shut down. The city’s wastewater lift stations have already been shut down and the water needs to be turned off to stop wastewater from filling the lift stations further. City Staff, Crossroads, ESD No. 9 and Austin Fire Department Hazmat have responded and Austin Water Utility and Austin Watershed are on the way. We will keep you updated as we know more.
