3/18/2024: Update Regarding Water Pressures in the City

Rollingwood Residents,

Please be advised that recent main line breaks and contractor related work led to the discovery of a malfunctioning pressure reducing valve late last week at a City master water meter. Adjustments were made successfully at that time followed by ongoing monitoring throughout the weekend. Components were replaced today and the system’s water pressure has been adjusted and stabilized.

Though the pressure reducing valve has been adjusted to the system’s design pressure, it is likely that residents in some areas may be experiencing a drop or variation in the water pressure that they are used to. An ongoing assessment is underway to rule out any other possible factors affecting these water pressures.
